After a few repetitions, punctuated by laughter exercises, I noticed the profound impact of focusing on visualizing a smile.
I see the mind as the center of visualization—the link between mind and body became crystal clear to me.
I could feel the shift in my internal chemistry—lighter, happier, as if happy hormones were flowing through my spine and body. 💫
And externally? I observed it too. Was I smiling as I had visualised? 😀
